Kristin Lurk, MS, PMP

Kristin Lurk, MS, PMP, is Executive Director, Program Management, at Tisento Therapeutics. She is a strategic biotech program management leader with deep expertise leading complex, cross-functional drug development programs from preclinical through Phase 3 and pre-commercial launch. Kristin specializes in building high-performing teams, implementing PMO structures for transparency and accountability, aligning strategic objectives with execution, and driving on-time, on-budget delivery across autoimmune, oncology, cell therapy, organ transplant, and rare disease programs.

Previously, Kristin has held progressive program management leadership roles at Abcuro and Talaris Therapeutics, and earlier clinical operations positions at Covance and CTI. She is passionate about continuous learning and improving, bringing clarity, collaboration, and results to every program she has the opportunity to work on. She holds an MS and BS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Trials Management from the University of Chicago, and a PMP certification. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys being a mother and spending time with family and friends.
